Data deletion

Deleting your Facebook and Instagram data.

MagpieFeed stores only what connecting and publishing need: the Page or Instagram account id and name, and the access token Facebook issued for it.

Remove it from Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy Settings Business integrations (on some accounts: Apps and websites).
2. Find MagpieFeed (or the Meta app you connected MagpieFeed with) and choose Remove.
3. Tick the option to delete the data the app holds, then confirm.

Facebook then tells us, and we delete every Facebook and Instagram connection made through that app for your account at once. Facebook shows you a link to a status page with a confirmation code.

Signed in, open Channels and choose Disconnect on the channel: its tokens and keys are deleted immediately.
