Questions about plans.
Can I try it before I pay anything?
Yes. Paste your website on the start page and you see your next 30 days of posts before you create an account. The Free plan then gives you 30 posts a month, every export and no card, for as long as you like.
How do I move to a paid plan?
There is no checkout on the site yet, so a paid plan is switched on by hand. Create a free account, then write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with and say which plan you want.
What does paying yearly change?
The price. A year paid up front costs 20% less than twelve monthly payments; the limits are the same.
What is a channel?
A social account you connect so that approved posts are published from your queue. Starter, Pro and Agency can connect channels: X, Telegram and Discord directly, Facebook and Instagram through your own Meta app. With no channel you still get every finished post and caption, and you share them by hand.
Which platforms can't it publish to?
Not yet: TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest and LinkedIn. There is no integration for them, so the queue cannot post there. You still get the finished post and caption for them in Studio Mode and share it yourself.
Why do Facebook and Instagram need my own app?
Meta only lets an app publish to other people's Pages after a business review that MagpieFeed does not have. Until it does, Facebook and Instagram posts go out through a Meta app you create for your own Page, which is included on Pro and Agency. On every plan you can still download the post and share it yourself.
Does anything get posted without my approval?
No. Every post is prepared and scheduled, then waits in your queue until you approve it, edit it or skip it. Review is the default on every plan.
Are the examples on the homepage real customers?
No. They are made for fictional demo sites we host to show the output. No customer logos, quotes or ratings appear on this site.
Do I need a product feed or a blog feed?
No. Your website is enough to fill the plan. A product feed or an RSS feed is an optional extra for posts about what is new, and the feed count on each plan is how many you can add.
