Studio exports

Post by hand: copy, download, mark as posted, or export a batch as ZIP, CSV or calendar.

Steps

  1. Every queue card has Share, Copy caption, Download and Posted.
  2. After you have posted it yourself, press Posted so counters and dedupe stay honest.
  3. Tick several posts, or press Select all.
  4. Download pack (ZIP) saves every selected render in one file.
  5. Export CSV for Business Suite makes a file Meta Business Suite imports; Add all to calendar downloads an .ics.
Not shown in the video. The RSS export (/api/v1/studio/feed.xml) and the browser extension are not recorded: both are used outside the app's pages.

In Studio Mode you post by hand, and every card gives you what you need. Share, Copy caption, Download, and Posted.

Copy caption puts the text on your clipboard. Download saves the rendered image.

Once it is out, press Posted. The counters and the duplicate window stay honest.

For a whole week at once, tick several posts, or press Select all.

Download pack saves every selected render in one zip file.

Export CSV makes a file Meta Business Suite can import. Add all to calendar downloads a calendar file, with one entry per scheduled post.
