The approval queue

Everything waiting on you: open a post, edit the caption, check the log, approve or skip.

Steps

  1. Open Queue. The filters show what is waiting on you, rendered, posted, failed or skipped.
  2. Open a post to see its preview.
  3. On Caption, edit the text against the platform's character limit; Save caption or Revert.
  4. Media shows the render; Delivery log lists every publishing attempt.
  5. Press Approve to record your yes, or Skip to drop the post for the dedupe window.

The queue is the screen you live in. The filters show what is waiting on you, what is rendered, posted, failed or skipped.

Open a post to see it the way the platform will show it.

On the Caption tab, edit the text. The meter counts characters against the platform's real limit. Save caption keeps your version, and Revert throws it away.

Media shows the rendered image. The delivery log lists every publishing attempt, with its status and the platform's own error.

Approve records your yes, and the post goes out on its schedule.

Skip drops a post, and it will not come back during the dedupe window. You are asked to confirm, so a slip of the finger costs nothing.
