Steps

  1. Open the wizard at /start/ and type your website address.
  2. Press Read my site. MagpieFeed reads the public pages; a first read takes about a minute.
  3. Check what it found: caption language, brand name, tone, keywords and topics.
  4. Press Show me three example posts to judge the voice before anything is saved.
  5. Signed in, press Create my plan. The brand, the plan and every topic you kept are saved.

The website wizard is the quickest way to start. Open it, and type the address of your website. In this video we use magpiefeed.com itself.

Press Read my site. MagpieFeed reads the public pages anyone can read. A first read takes about a minute. This site was read a moment ago, so the result comes straight back.

You land on what it found. The caption language, a brand name, a tone of voice and keywords, all of which you can change.

Below them are the topics it proposes to write about, each linked to the page it came from.

Press Show me three example posts. Three captions are written from these details, so you can judge the voice before anything is saved.

You are signed in, so Create my plan saves the brand, the plan and every topic you kept.

The plan lists the topics that will become posts. Nothing is published until you approve it.
