Review and edit a content plan

Rewrite the proposal before it is saved: tone, keywords, notes, and the topics themselves.

Steps

  1. In the wizard's review screen, set the caption language and the brand name.
  2. Pick a tone: punchy, friendly, deadpan or hype.
  3. Add keywords you want in captions; press Enter after each one.
  4. Open Anything we should know about the business? and add notes for the writer.
  5. Rewrite, reorder or Drop topics. A dropped topic is set aside, not deleted.
  6. Press Show me three example posts to check the new voice.
  7. When the examples read right, press Create my plan.

Every content plan starts as a proposal you can rewrite. This is the review screen of the website wizard, where you edit the plan before it is saved.

Set the caption language and the name your posts are signed with. Then pick a tone. Punchy, friendly, deadpan, or hype.

Keywords are words you want to show up in captions. Type one and press Enter. The cross next to a keyword removes it.

Notes for the writer tell it who you are writing for and what never to say. Every caption is written against them.

Topics become the posts, in this order. Rewrite a title, move a topic up or down, or drop one that does not fit. A dropped topic is set aside, not deleted.

Press Show me three example posts. They are written from your edits, not from the first guess.

When they read right, Create my plan saves your version: your wording, your topics, in your order.
